Plaintiffs and respondents instituted this action in the court below under Title 104, Chapter 64, U.C.A. 1943, to obtain a declaratory judgment construing a certain lease entered into on the 22nd day of May, 1946, by and between the Utah State Fair Association and Beehive Midways, Inc., a corporation, and to have such agreement declared void.
