This action was commenced July 8, 1946. The complaint alleged that plaintiff, as lessee, is the owner of an oil lease covering 10 parcels of realty, each parcel in separate ownership. It named a number of defendants, including Guy N. Stafford as the owner of five lots. It alleged that in a prior action, No. 478480, against this plaintiff, among others, judgment had been entered on July 11, 1944, adjudging that the lease had been abandoned; that no service...
