From the record it appears that plaintiff Charles Charne is a citizen and resident of Pennsylvania, that the defendant Essex Chair Company is a New Jersey corporation, and that Samuel Handel, trustee of Azalea Manufacturing Company, is a citizen and resident of New Jersey.
