Plaintiff, Mrs. Angella Blanchard, widow of Leopold LeBlanc, alleges that on or about December 1, 1947, while she was slowly and cautiously making her way along Dewey Street, and at or about municipal No. 225 of said street, said municipal number being the residence of Gladys and Caffrey Dean, in the City of Lafayette, a dog, allegedly belonging to and owned by the defendant, while in the care and custody of Gladys and Caffrey Dean as defendant's agent...
