This comes before us on exceptions and petition for review filed to the report of the Supervisors of Londonderry Township vacating that part of a township road which is now occupied by the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Testimony heard by the court indicated that the eastern extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike crosses township road no. 498 in the township.
