By this proceeding petitioner challenges respondent's determination of deficiencies in income tax of $11,782.41 and $12,316.33 for the years 1945 and 1946, respectively. Some of the adjustments are not contested, and respondent concedes error in the adjustment increasing petitioner's income by the amounts of $18,216.84 and $19,251.58 received by his daughter...
