Order modified on the law, so as to provide that the order of the City Court of November 18, 1949, is reversed, and the motion denied, and that the judgment of the City Court is modified by reducing the amount thereof from $2,000 to $1,940.58, the amount of the verdict rendered by the jury, with interest and costs. As so modified, the order is unanimously affirmed, without costs.
