Order unanimously modified so as to allow examination as to items 6, 7 and 8, and to remove the one-year limitation from items 3, 4, 5, 9, 11 and 13 and substitute a reasonable time which is to be determined, if necessary, by the Justice at Special Term, and to allow items 13 and 27 in full, and as so modified, affirmed.
