LATIMER, Justice.

Appellant, Dan Jones, was indicted and tried for murder. He was convicted of voluntary manslaughter with punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for 15 years. He is here urging reversal on these grounds: (1) The verdict is against the law and the evidence. (2) The court erred in failing to sustain defendant's motion to set aside the swearing of the jury. (3) The court erred in refusing to permit the introduction of competent evidence...
