This is an action against the Puerto Rico Communications Authority to recover unpaid minimum wages, overtime compensation, liquidated damages and attorney's fees, under Section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. Plaintiffs are workers employed in the operation, service, repair and maintenance of the defendant telephone and telegraphic system.
