This appeal arises out of a suit by appellees to recover damages for the wrongful death of Giuseppe Biancaniello and for injuries to two other appellees resulting from an explosion which occurred in the basement of a house at 911 Decatur Street, N.W., on the evening of May 26, 1947. Appellant, after moving below for a directed verdict, and a judgment N.O.V. or in the alternative for a new trial, comes before us now urging reversal principally...
