This suit was filed by the Merchants National Bank of Fort Smith, as Executor of the estate of George C. Brinkmann, deceased, for a construction of the decedent's last will and testament.

(1) Did the decedent die intestate as to his real property, as is contended by appellant Ruth Brinkmann Brunk?

(2) Was Ruth Brinkman Brunk the legally adopted daughter of the decedent...
