This is a suit for maintenance brought by Angela Gage against her husband, Vincent Gage. The suit was filed January 13, 1948 at a time when the plaintiff was residing in Italy. The plaintiff and the defendant were married in March, 1920, in Italy, and three children were born of the marriage. Plaintiff came to the United States, arriving in Washington, D.C., March 30, 1949.
