The defendant, Nick Tsukas, and John Gallo, Tony Demetral, Edward P. Miller and Gerald Boncimino, were jointly indicted in the criminal court of Cook County for the crime of armed robbery. Plaintiff in error, Tsukas, obtained a separate trial, and was found guilty by a jury in manner and form as charged in the indictment of the crime of armed robbery.
