This is an action for a declaratory judgment. On the 3rd of November, 1947, the plaintiff issued its policy of liability insurance to the defendant Rollin Harper, Butler, Missouri. The policy covered a 1940 Chevrolet One-Half Ton Pick-Up-Truck. It was written in the policy that the motor vehicle thus insured or covered was to be used in "business and pleasure Class B."
