These four cases involve the same question, were briefed and argued together, and will be treated together in this Memorandum. The suits are brought to recover damages by reason of personal injuries and wrongful death arising out of an explosion and fire occurring on or about the 21st day of July, 1947, at Minot, North Dakota.
