It appears that on April 23, 1918, prior to his entry into the military service, the insured, Efstathios Hassotis, executed a will giving, devising and bequeathing to his sister Mary, plaintiff herein, after payment of all of his just debts, etc., "all the property and estate both real and personal of which I shall die seized and possessed." He entered the military service of the United States on April 26...
