These proceedings involve an asserted transferee liability of petitioners on account of income tax, declared value excess profits tax, and excess profits tax deficiencies adjudged against the Arcade Restaurant, Incorporated, in the aggregate amount of $6,915.18 for the taxable year ended December 31, 1943.
