Plaintiffs filed a bill of complaint alleging that they had entered into a contract to purchase a house and lot from defendants, the Pollacks; that the house was at that time insured by defendant, the Continental Insurance Company, hereinafter called Continental, under a $5,500 insurance policy previously issued to Pollacks whom the plaintiffs thereupon reimbursed in the amount of the unearned premium thereon...
