DEVANE, District Judge.
Plaintiff filed in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Florida, his suit at law against defendant, the same being styled, "Action On The Case In The Nature Of A Conspiracy." The case was removed to this court because of diversity of citizenship of the parties.
