ALMAND, Justice.

At the April term, 1949, of the Superior Court of Pickens County, Bryan Tatum and Weldon Sullivan were jointly indicted for the murder of Grady Earl Holbert. They were jointly tried, and a verdict of guilty without a recommendation was returned on April 7, whereupon they were sentenced to be electrocuted.
