The corporate landlords own and operate seven apartment buildings containing multiple housing accommodations which are subject to the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 901 et seq., and the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 1891 et seq., and the Rent Regulation promulgated thereunder.
