Appellees' car, husband driving, ran into the rear of appellant's oil truck, parked on public highway leading from Salisbury to Bard, Delaware. Both appellees were injured. The accident happened about 5:30 P.M. on December 23rd, 1947. Both appellees sued, the cases were consolidated, and in a trial before a jury each received a verdict for $2500.
