This is a petition for review of an interlocutory order of the Civil Aeronautics Board, suspending the air carrier registration of the petitioner, Standard Air Lines, Inc. (hereinafter called "Standard").

Standard is an irregular air carrier, which engages in air transportation but does not hold a certificate of public convenience and necessity under the Civil Aeronautics Act.1 Its operating authority...
