Upon petition of the Board of Regents of the University and State Colleges of Arizona, an alternative writ of mandamus was issued by this court directed to Ana Frohmiller as State auditor, commanding her to issue warrants in payment of seventeen claims which petitioner had caused to be filed with respondent.
