On July 30, 1945, pursuant to chapter 678 of the Laws of 1928, and for grade crossing elimination purposes, the State of New York appropriated three parcels of land out of property known as 368 Ashford Avenue, Dobbs Ferry, Westchester County. Parcel 40, containing 1,500 square feet, was appropriated in fee. Parcel 41, containing 1,300 square feet, was appropriated for a permanent easement for excavation...
