The Court finds that plaintiff Estrella B. Mendez and the deceased Tomas Mendez Quinones, were married in 1929 and lived together as husband and wife until 1941 when plaintiff Estrella B. Mendez left for New York and separated from Tomas Mendez Quinones; that of said union two children were born, to wit, Tomas Antonio Mendez and Carlos Antonio Mendez, who are now minors.
