In accordance with Section 205(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 925(a), the Housing Expediter brings this action to enforce compliance with Section 4(a) of the Act, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 904(a), and the Rent Regulation for Housing in and for the New York City defense rental area which was in effect at the times material in this case. 32 Code Fed.Regs. § 1388.1281, 11 Fed.Reg. 4016...
