Three actions are alleged in the complaint, one being based on maintenance and cure, another being alleged unseaworthiess of the vessel and another, negligence under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.A. § 688.

Plaintiff was a seaman and was employed as a member of the crew on the motor vessel "Duncan Bruce" as a maid. The vessel was owned by the defendant and was used in navigation on the Ohio River. During plaintiff's regular tour of duty...
