This action was brought against the defendant railroad to recover damages for injuries sustained when the plaintiff, Oliver E. Moreau, fell from one of its trains. Federal jurisdiction is based on diversity. Suit was brought in the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The accident took place in Delaware. But the questions presented on this appeal do not require the careful choosing...
