The facts in this case have been stipulated. This is a class action brought by five plaintiffs against the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, inter alia, to enjoin the revocation of their motor vehicle dealers' licenses and dealers' registrations for failure to comply with the provisions of section 15 of chapter 136 of the Laws of 1946 (R.S. 39:10-19) on the ground of unconstitutionality.
