By answer to the amended complaint pleading an action for statutory fraud under Sections 3490, 3493, Revised Statutes, Tit. 31 U.S.C.A. §§ 231-234, defendant alleges certain defenses by way of estoppel or bar to plaintiff's case. Plaintiff moves to strike these defenses and the motion is before the Court for ruling.
