Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

VAN FOSSAN, Judge:

The respondent determined deficiencies in petitioner's income tax for the taxable years ended July 31, 1944, and July 31, 1945, in the respective amounts of $35,848.16 and $13,749.19.

The sole question presented is the validity for income tax purposes of an alleged partnership between petitioner and his wife, Kathryn Noble.
