This libel is to recover damages of a cargo of candy purchased by libelant in Cuba and consigned to him at Charleston, South Carolina. The candy was shipped via Motor Vessel, "Guananchi" from Havana, Cuba to the port of Port Tampa, Florida and from the latter port to Charleston, South Carolina by rail.
