This is an action for damages under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S. C.A. § 51 et seq., by the widow and administratrix of Thomas L. Chapman, who was killed while engaged in the performance of his duties as an employee of defendant in connection with the operation of the defendant's interstate railroad. It is alleged that Chapman's death was caused by the negligence of the defendant's employees in the operation of certain railroad...
