Motions have been made to dismiss the complaints in the above cases. Both motions present the same point, that the court lacks proper venue because the suits are not based on diverse citizenship but under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, § 1 et seq., 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., and the defendants in both cases are corporations under the laws of a State other than Maryland, where the suits are brought in a federal district court...
