The plaintiff in the above-entitled cause is seeking to cancel the fee simple patent issued to Florence Samples in June, 1918, and it appearing that she had sold and disposed of 80 acres of the 320 conveyed by the patent, the Government is also seeking to quiet title to the remaining 240 acres against the claims of the defendants, asserting that the land was non-taxable, that the fee simple patent should be cancelled as to the 240 acres unsold...
