Vehicular is willing to give Magee-Hale a license but it must be on the same terms as govern its other licensees; i. e., Magee-Hale must take a license involving over 25 patents and covering about five pending applications for parking meters and parts thereof, at a fixed percentage of royalty common to all licensees.
