On January 2, 1946, at or about the hour of 8 o'clock a. m. of said day, the M/S Anadarko Victory, owned by the United States of America and managed and operated by the Weyerhaeuser Steamship Company as general agent, was docked at Pier 90, at the Port of San Francisco, California. Bernhard Marcus was employed as a longshoreman's gang boss by the Associated Banning Company, stevedoring contractors, and at said time and place was in charge...
