OPPER, Judge:
By this proceeding petitioner seeks a redetermination of a deficiency in his income tax for the year 1941 in the amount of $33,426.85.
The parties have disposed, by stipulation, of two errors assigned in the petition. The remaining dispute relates to the right of petitioner to take a long-term capital loss in 1941 on the disposition of part of his postage stamp collection.
