Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

The Commissioner determined deficiencies in income tax against petitioner, Gill Nordling, in docket No. 9316, for the calendar year 1941 in the amount of $62.87, and for the calendar year 1943 in the amount of $12,807.42.

In docket No. 9310, the Commissioner determined a deficiency in income tax against O. Phil Nordling for the calendar year 1941 in the amount of $593.10.
