These cases involve claims by plaintiffs for overtime compensation in addition to the amounts of overtime pay allowed and paid to them by the War Department under the overtime pay statutes of December 22, 1942, 56 Stat. 1068, 5 U.S.C.A. §§ 26a note, 29 note, and May 7, 1943, 57 Stat. 75, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, §§ 1401-1415, and the regulations made by the President, the Civil Service Commission...
