Such review is authorized by Section 8c(15) (B) of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 7 U.S.C.A. § 601 et seq. The ruling denied the plaintiff's petition for a refund of $1940.33 paid under protest by plaintiff alleged to have been wrongfully assessed by the Market Administrator acting under Order No. 27 and treating certain milk received at plaintiff...
