Five days after the hearing and submission of this appeal, the Supreme Court promulgated an opinion which we think points directly to reversal of the judgment of the district court in the instant case. See Goldstone et al. v. United States of America, 325 U.S. ___, 65 S.Ct. 1323.

In the Goldstone case, a sixty-three-year-old man had procured, simultaneously, two contracts from an insurance company; for one of which he paid $14,357.08...
