Petitioner is confined at the United States Disciplinary Barracks, Milwaukee, Wis., pursuant to a sentence of a general court martial which was held by the United States Army at Fort Sheridan, Ill. Petitioner was found guilty of absence without leave, 61st Article of War, 10 U.S. C.A. § 1533, and was sentenced, after modification by the Board of Review, to dishonorable discharge and confinement...
