This is a suit for patent infringement. The defendants seek a summary judgment dismissing the Complaint as to each of eight claims. The patent in suit is the Ernst reissue Patent No. 19,694, and such claims relate to electrical apparatus for controlling a valve in a hydraulic press system, so that the ram and platen of the press will reciprocate to perform pressing operation on blanks, such as metal sheets. This was reissued September 10, 1935...
