The plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, has brought a declaratory judgment suit in accordance with the provisions of Section 274d of the Judicial Code, 28 U.S.C.A. § 400, against the named defendants, "members of a class constituting Local Union No. 2333 of the United Steelworkers of America."
