1. This is an action brought in accordance with the provisions of Section 4915 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, 35 U.S.C.A. § 63. United States Letters Patent No. 2,213,033 for a rear view automobile mirror were issued to defendant Charles E. Morley on August 20, 1940, on an application filed May 17, 1939.
