Application for habeas corpus. The facts are simple. The question presented rather unusual. Pagliaro, the petitioner, was convicted on his plea of guilty in the United States District Court at Boston, Massachusetts, January 5, 1937, and on that day sentenced by that Court to be imprisoned for a term of three and one-half years on each of four counts of an indictment charging violations of the Harrison Anti-Narcotic Act, 26 U.S.C.A.Int.Rev.Code...
