1. On December 28, 1942, complaint was filed herein in accordance with the provisions of Section 205(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S. C.A. Appendix § 925(a), to enjoin acts and practices of the defendants in this District allegedly constituting violations of said Act.
